Compact filter housing

Headline Stainless Steel In-line Filters are used where the convenience of element change is not an important consideration. For example, in very lightly contaminated gases where service intervals are very long or for last-chance or back-up filters where the filter is only expected to be used in the event of a system failure.

The Headline 116IL is the most compact housing in the Stainless Steel In-Line series. Made from 316L stainless steel with ¼″ NPT connections, it is rated for 340 bar (5000 PSIG) and 200 °C. With a very small 15 cc internal volume and a weight of just 0.9 lbs (0.4 kg), it is ideal for last-chance or back-up filtration where space is extremely limited.

Despite its size, the 116IL offers compatibility with disposable microfiber, stainless steel, and PTFE elements, giving engineers flexibility for different applications.
