Headline PTFE housings are designed specifically for use in high chemical resistance or very low adsorption applications. They are used with Kynar bonded disposable elements for particulate removal or coalescing applications. Where only PTFE is allowable, sintered PTFE elements should be specified.
The Headline 130P is a mid-sized PTFE housing with ¼″ NPT inlet and drain, rated for 7 bar (100 PSIG) and 150 °C. It has a 90 cc internal volume, weight 0.5 kg, and offers more capacity than smaller PTFE models while maintaining the same chemical resistance.
