136IL
Headline Stainless Steel In-line Filters are used where the convenience of element change is not an important consideration. For example, in very lightly contaminated gases where service intervals are very long or for last-chance or back-up filters where the filter is only expected to be used in the event of a system failure.
The Headline 136IL is a compact, high-pressure in-line filter housing designed for demanding gas applications. Built from 316L stainless steel with ½″ NPT connections, it handles pressures up to 100 bar (1450 PSIG) and temperatures up to 200 °C. With an internal volume of 243 cc and a weight of about 2.6 lbs (1.2 kg), it provides more capacity than smaller models like the 116IL and 126IL, making it suitable for systems requiring higher flow and durability.
It accepts disposable microfiber, stainless steel, or PTFE filter elements, allowing engineers to match the housing to their process needs. A rugged, versatile solution for last-chance or back-up gas filtration in industrial environments.
