Headline PTFE housings are designed specifically for use in high chemical resistance or very low adsorption applications. They are used with Kynar bonded disposable elements for particulate removal or coalescing applications. Where only PTFE is allowable, sintered PTFE elements should be specified.
The Headline 140P is a larger PTFE housing for systems requiring more capacity. With ¼″ NPT inlet and drain, it’s rated at 7 bar (100 PSIG) and 150 °C. It has 126 cc internal volume, weighs 0.75 kg, and accepts a wide range of disposable and PTFE filter elements.
