Headline PTFE housings are designed specifically for use in high chemical resistance or very low adsorption applications. They are used with Kynar bonded disposable elements for particulate removal or coalescing applications. Where only PTFE is allowable, sintered PTFE elements should be specified.

The Headline 142P is the largest PTFE housing in the range. With ¼″ NPT inlet and drain, 7 bar (100 PSIG), and 150 °C rating, it provides 275 cc internal volume at a weight of 0.75 kg. Designed for maximum capacity, it is ideal where large filter volumes are needed under aggressive chemical conditions.
