The Hoke 1600 Series Micromite metering valves are compact forged valves engineered for extremely accurate low-flow control in analytical and instrumentation systems. These precision valves feature an 18-turn non-rotating stem design, minimizing flow variation and providing exceptional repeatability during fine adjustment. The low internal volume and precision-machined needle assembly enable highly stable control of very small flow rates with minimal hysteresis. Standard materials include 316 stainless steel and brass, with operating pressures up to 5000 psig (345 bar) and a Cv factor of 0.0008. An integrated dial indicator and locking mechanism allow repeatable settings and protection against unintended adjustment. Typical applications include chromatography, mass spectrometry, gas sampling, calibration systems, and pollution analysis instrumentation.
