The Hoke 7100DT Series dual-trunnion ball valves are quarter-turn instrumentation valves designed for high-cycle shutoff service in demanding gas and liquid applications. These valves feature a trunnion-supported ball design that reduces seat wear, lowers operating torque, and improves stability under high differential pressure conditions. The robust body construction provides enhanced structural integrity and reliable long-term performance in severe industrial environments. Reinforced seat materials and Hoke’s Dyna-Pak® stem sealing system ensure dependable leak-tight operation in both vacuum and pressure service. Constructed primarily from 316 stainless steel, the series offers excellent corrosion resistance and compatibility with aggressive process media. Typical applications include analyzer systems, sampling systems, hydraulic service, process instrumentation, and high-cycle isolation duties requiring smooth and repeatable quarter-turn operation.
