The Hoke 7022 Series ball valves are compact quarter-turn instrumentation valves designed for reliable shutoff performance in high-pressure gas and liquid systems. Part of the Ultramite™ 70 Series, these valves feature a floating ball design with reinforced seat construction to provide bubble-tight sealing, low operating torque, and long cycle life under demanding operating conditions. The welded body construction enhances safety by preventing accidental disassembly and improving structural integrity in high-pressure service. Dual stem seals and Hoke’s Dyna-Pak® packing system provide dependable leak-tight stem sealing and reduced maintenance requirements. Constructed primarily from 316 stainless steel, the series supports operating pressures up to 6000 psig (414 bar). Typical applications include analyzer systems, sampling panels, hydraulic systems, instrument isolation, and general process instrumentation requiring compact and reliable shutoff valves.
