The Hoke 7177 Series ball valves are compact quarter-turn instrumentation valves engineered for reliable shutoff service in demanding gas and liquid applications. Part of the Ultramite™ 70 Series, these valves feature a floating ball design that provides bubble-tight sealing, low operating torque, and long service life under repeated cycling conditions. The welded body construction enhances structural integrity and eliminates the possibility of accidental body disassembly during operation or maintenance. Reinforced seat materials and Hoke’s Dyna-Pak® stem sealing system ensure dependable leak-tight performance in both vacuum and pressure service. Constructed primarily from 316 stainless steel, the series offers excellent corrosion resistance and compatibility with aggressive industrial media. Typical applications include process instrumentation, analyzer systems, sampling systems, hydraulic service, and compact high-pressure isolation duties requiring durable quarter-turn shutoff valves.
