The Hoke 7400 Series ball valves are compact quarter-turn instrumentation valves designed for reliable shutoff performance in demanding gas and liquid service applications. These valves feature a precision floating ball design that provides bubble-tight sealing, low operating torque, and extended cycle life under repeated operation. The robust body construction enhances structural integrity and operational safety in high-pressure environments, while reinforced seat materials ensure dependable leak-tight performance across a broad range of temperatures and pressures. Hoke’s Dyna-Pak® stem sealing system minimizes leakage and reduces maintenance requirements during long-term service. Constructed primarily from 316 stainless steel, the series offers excellent corrosion resistance and compatibility with aggressive industrial media. Typical applications include analyzer systems, process instrumentation, hydraulic systems, sampling systems, and compact isolation duties requiring durable quarter-turn shutoff valves.

• Straight-through flow in the full open position provides maximum flow and rodability
• Tapered plug and conical seat allow for flow regulation and reliable shutoff with low seating torque, similar to a needle valve
• Dyna-Pak® packing provides a leak-tight seal with low operating torque in deep vacuum or high-pressure applications, helping to reduce fugitive emissions
• Soft Delrin® seat can absorb solid contaminants and still provide leak-tight shutoff, maintaining toughness and resisting creep and corrosion over a wide temperature range
• All valves are tested for bubble-tight leakage at both seat and packing to ensure dependability
• Special high-tolerance NPT thread ensures secure and leak-tight connections
