GO Back Pressure, Pressure Regulators Compact
Back Pressure, Pressure Regulators Compact
The GO Regulator BP-3 Series is a compact back pressure regulator designed for accurate upstream pressure control in low-flow gas and liquid instrumentation systems. The regulator maintains constant inlet pressure by automatically relieving excess upstream pressure once the preset pressure setting is exceeded. Its compact diaphragm-operated design provides stable regulation, fast response, and excellent repeatability, making the series especially suitable for analytical instrumentation and precision laboratory applications.
The BP-3 Series is engineered for low-flow service where sensitive pressure control and minimal internal volume are important. The regulator offers reliable shutoff performance and smooth throttling characteristics across a wide range of operating pressures. Compact construction allows installation in confined instrumentation panels and OEM systems while maintaining dependable long-term performance.
Standard construction materials include 316 stainless steel, brass, Monel, Hastelloy, and other corrosion-resistant alloys for compatibility with aggressive gases, liquids, and high-purity media. Multiple elastomer and seat material options are available to optimize chemical compatibility and leakage performance. Available pressure control ranges extend from vacuum and low-pressure service up to several hundred psig depending on configuration.
Typical applications include gas analyzers, sample conditioning systems, laboratory instrumentation, chromatography systems, calibration equipment, semiconductor support systems, pilot plants, gas distribution panels, and precision low-flow process systems requiring stable upstream pressure regulation and overpressure protection.
