BP-8

GO Back Pressure, Pressure Regulators
Back Pressure, Pressure Regulators
The GO Regulator BP-8 is a compact back pressure regulator designed to maintain stable upstream system pressure in gas and liquid process applications. The regulator automatically relieves excess pressure once the preset pressure threshold is exceeded, helping protect sensitive instrumentation, analyzers, pumps, and process components from overpressure conditions. Its spring-loaded diaphragm or piston-operated design provides stable regulation, fast response, and reliable repeatability under varying flow conditions.

The BP-8 Series is commonly used in analytical systems, sample conditioning systems, gas distribution panels, chemical processing equipment, and laboratory installations where maintaining controlled upstream pressure is critical for process stability and equipment protection. Compact construction allows installation in confined instrumentation panels and skid systems while maintaining dependable long-term performance.

Typical construction materials include 316 stainless steel, brass, and specialty corrosion-resistant alloys depending on application requirements. Available configurations may include multiple pressure control ranges, threaded process connections, panel mounting options, and elastomer selections for compatibility with aggressive gases and liquids.
• Pressure control of large flows
• Standard stainless-steel diaphragm, PTFE faced
• Application: instrumentation systems, pilot plants, air compressors
