The GO Regulator BP-8LF Series is a high-sensitivity back pressure regulator designed for extremely precise low upstream pressure control in analytical instrumentation and sampling systems. The regulator combines the large diaphragm sensing area of the BP-8 Series with the low-flow seat assembly of the BP-3 Series, allowing stable and accurate pressure regulation down to approximately 10 inches of water. It is specifically engineered for applications requiring highly sensitive pressure control at low flow rates.

The BP-8LF Series operates as a back pressure regulator, maintaining constant inlet pressure by relieving excess upstream pressure once the preset value is exceeded. Its large diaphragm design provides excellent sensitivity, stable throttling performance, and accurate low-pressure adjustability for both gas and liquid service. Standard construction uses 316L stainless steel with PTFE/Viton diaphragm configurations, while optional Monel and Hastelloy C-276 constructions are available for corrosive applications.

Available pressure control ranges include 0–6, 0–25, 0–50, 0–75, 0–125, 0–250, and 0–500 psig, with optional low Cv seat configurations for highly controlled low-flow operation. Standard process connections are 1/4" FNPT, with additional connection and mounting configurations available. Typical applications include analytical instrumentation, gas and liquid sampling systems, research laboratories, process analyzers, pilot plants, and precision laboratory pressure control systems.
