BP3-1A11B5E111
The BP-3 Series is engineered for low-flow service where compact size, low internal volume, and reliable shutoff performance are critical. The regulator is capable of maintaining highly stable upstream pressure across varying flow conditions while supporting both gas and liquid service. Standard construction materials include 316 stainless steel, brass, Monel, Hastelloy, and other corrosion-resistant alloys for compatibility with corrosive, toxic, oxidizing, and high-purity media. Multiple seat and elastomer material options are available to optimize chemical compatibility and leakage performance.
Available configurations include multiple pressure control ranges, Cv flow capacities, threaded process connections, pressure gauge ports, panel mounting arrangements, and specialty clean-service options for analytical and semiconductor systems. Typical applications include gas analyzers, sample conditioning systems, chromatography systems, calibration equipment, laboratory instrumentation, semiconductor support systems, pilot plants, gas distribution panels, and precision industrial process systems requiring stable low-flow upstream pressure regulation and overpressure protection.
