The GO Regulator CBP-3 Series is a compact miniature back pressure regulator designed for precise upstream pressure control in low-flow gas and liquid instrumentation systems. The regulator automatically maintains a constant inlet pressure by relieving excess upstream pressure once the preset pressure setting is exceeded. Its compact design and low internal volume make it especially suitable for analytical systems, laboratory equipment, sampling systems, and OEM instrumentation where space is limited and accurate low-flow pressure control is required.

The CBP-3 Series utilizes a diaphragm-operated design that provides stable pressure regulation, fast response, and excellent repeatability under varying flow conditions. The regulator is capable of controlling very low pressures with high sensitivity while maintaining reliable shutoff performance. Typical construction materials include 316 stainless steel and brass, with optional corrosion-resistant alloys and elastomer selections available for compatibility with aggressive gases and liquids.

Available pressure control ranges extend from vacuum and very low-pressure settings up to several hundred psig depending on configuration. Standard process connections include 1/8" and 1/4" FNPT ports with optional panel mounting configurations available. Typical applications include gas analyzers, sample conditioning systems, laboratory instrumentation, chromatography systems, calibration equipment, semiconductor process systems, and precision low-flow pressure control applications.
