GO Cylinder complete compact pressure control module.
Cylinder complete compact pressure control module.
The GO Regulator COM-2B Series is a dual-cylinder automatic crossover manifold system designed to provide continuous and uninterrupted gas supply for industrial, laboratory, analytical, and specialty gas applications. The system automatically switches from the primary cylinder bank to the reserve cylinder bank when supply pressure drops below a preset threshold, ensuring stable gas delivery to critical instrumentation and process systems without operational interruption.
The COM-2B Series combines high-flow pressure regulation with automatic switchover capability in a robust assembly suitable for wall mounting, gas cabinets, and instrumentation panels. Its diaphragm-operated regulator design provides stable outlet pressure control, excellent sensitivity, and reliable repeatability while minimizing outlet pressure fluctuation during cylinder changeover events.
Standard construction materials include brass and 316 stainless steel, with optional Monel and Hastelloy configurations available for corrosive, toxic, oxidizing, and high-purity gas service. Multiple seat and elastomer material options are available to optimize chemical compatibility and leakage performance. Available configurations include automatic or manual switchover operation, multiple outlet pressure ranges, pressure gauges, relief valves, isolation valves, line regulators, and various CGA cylinder connection options.
Typical applications include laboratory gas supply systems, calibration gas systems, gas analyzers, laser gas systems, chromatography systems, specialty gas handling, semiconductor support equipment, sample conditioning systems, industrial process instrumentation, and gas distribution installations requiring uninterrupted gas supply and reliable pressure regulation.
