The GO Regulator DL-50 Series is a high-flow diaphragm-loaded pressure reducing regulator designed for accurate control of gas and liquid pressures in industrial, analytical, and process control applications. The regulator provides stable outlet pressure regulation with excellent sensitivity, fast response, and reliable repeatability under varying inlet pressure and flow conditions. Its diaphragm-loaded design allows smooth pressure control while supporting higher flow capacities than compact instrumentation regulators.
The DL-50 Series is engineered for rugged industrial service with robust construction suitable for continuous-duty operation in demanding environments. Standard construction materials include 316 stainless steel, brass, Monel, and Hastelloy configurations for compatibility with corrosive, toxic, oxidizing, and high-purity media. Multiple seat and elastomer material options are available to optimize chemical compatibility, shutoff performance, and long-term durability.
Available configurations include multiple outlet pressure ranges, Cv flow capacities, threaded and flanged process connections, panel mounting options, and specialty clean-service preparations for analytical and semiconductor applications. The regulator supports both gas and liquid service while maintaining dependable pressure stability across a broad operating range.
Typical applications include gas distribution systems, analytical instrumentation, sample conditioning systems, semiconductor support equipment, chemical processing systems, pilot plants, compressor systems, laboratory installations, process skids, and industrial systems requiring stable high-flow pressure reduction and reliable process control.
