The GO Regulator DL-56 Series is a heavy-duty diaphragm-loaded pressure reducing regulator designed for high-flow gas and liquid service in industrial, analytical, and process control applications. The regulator provides stable downstream pressure regulation with excellent sensitivity, rapid response, and reliable repeatability under varying inlet pressures and demanding flow conditions. Its diaphragm-loaded design allows smooth throttling performance while supporting significantly higher flow capacities for large process systems and continuous-duty operation.
The DL-56 Series is engineered for rugged industrial environments where robust construction, pressure stability, and long-term durability are critical. Standard construction materials include 316 stainless steel, brass, Monel, and Hastelloy configurations for compatibility with corrosive, toxic, oxidizing, and high-purity media. Multiple seat and elastomer material options are available to optimize shutoff performance, chemical compatibility, and service life across a broad range of applications.
Available configurations include multiple outlet pressure ranges, high Cv flow capacities, threaded or flanged process connections, pressure gauge ports, panel mounting options, and specialty clean-service preparations for analytical and semiconductor systems. The regulator is suitable for both gas and liquid service while maintaining dependable control performance at elevated flow rates and pressures.
Typical applications include gas distribution systems, chemical processing systems, compressor systems, analytical instrumentation, semiconductor support equipment, process skids, pilot plants, laboratory systems, hydraulic installations, and industrial process systems requiring stable high-flow pressure reduction and reliable process control.
