The Malema KL-92 Series is a high-purity pressure transmitter designed for accurate monitoring of aggressive chemicals and ultrapure fluids in semiconductor and chemical processing applications. The sensor features an all-PFA wetted flow-through design with PTFE-coated sensing technology, eliminating exposed metal surfaces, elastomer seals, and internal dead volume that could contaminate sensitive process media.

The KL-92 Series is engineered for high chemical compatibility and long-term stability in corrosive process environments. Available output configurations include 4–20 mA, 0–5 VDC, and 1–5 VDC signals for integration into industrial control and monitoring systems. The compact inline design supports installation in confined wet process systems while maintaining reliable pressure measurement accuracy and fast response characteristics.

Typical applications include semiconductor wet benches, ultrapure DI water systems, CMP slurry monitoring, filtration monitoring, chemical delivery systems, process tool monitoring, and high-purity chemical handling systems requiring contamination-free pressure measurement and excellent corrosion resistance.
