GO Back Pressure, Pressure Regulators Surface Mount
Back Pressure, Pressure Regulators Surface Mount
The GO Regulator LB-1 Series is an ultra-miniature back pressure regulator designed for precise upstream pressure control in compact gas and liquid instrumentation systems. The regulator maintains constant inlet pressure by automatically relieving excess upstream pressure once the preset value is exceeded. Its extremely compact design, internal volume of less than 3 cc, and manifold mounting capability make it especially suitable for analytical instrumentation and systems requiring rapid purge cycles.
The LB-1 Series incorporates many of the proven design characteristics of the larger CBP-3 and BP-3 back pressure regulators while significantly reducing overall size. The regulator is designed for surface, panel, or manifold mounting, allowing flexible integration into compact OEM and laboratory systems where installation space is limited. Electro-polished internal surfaces with better than 25 Ra finish support clean operation and compatibility with corrosive fluids and high-purity applications.
Standard construction materials include 316L stainless steel, brass, aluminum, and Monel, with multiple elastomer and seat material options available for chemical compatibility optimization. Available adjustable pressure ranges include 0–10, 0–25, 0–50, 0–100, 0–250, and 0–500 psig. The regulator supports both gas and liquid service with bubble-tight shutoff performance and operating temperatures from −40 °F to +500 °F depending on configuration. ([GO Regulator][1])
Typical applications include analytical instrumentation, gas and liquid sampling systems, research laboratories, compact process skids, pilot systems, purge systems, semiconductor support equipment, and OEM instrumentation requiring highly compact and precise back pressure control.
