The Malema M-10000 Series is a high-performance paddlewheel flow meter designed for accurate electronic measurement of liquid flow in industrial, semiconductor, and high-purity process applications. The meter utilizes tangential turbine technology with embedded magnetic rotor sensing and advanced signal conditioning electronics to provide highly stable and repeatable flow measurement over a wide operating range. Its compact inline design offers low pressure drop, minimal maintenance requirements, and excellent installation flexibility.

The M-10000 Series is available in multiple body materials including 316 stainless steel, PTFE, PVDF, Celcon®, and brass for compatibility with corrosive chemicals, ultrapure fluids, and industrial liquids. Available output options include pulse, 0–10 VDC, and 4–20 mA signals, while integrated relay functionality allows the unit to operate simultaneously as an adjustable flow switch for high or low flow alarm monitoring.

Typical performance includes repeatability up to ±0.5%, accuracy up to ±5% full scale, and flow ranges from approximately 0.1 to 225 l/min depending on port size and configuration. Available process connections include 1/4" through 1" FNPT and flare tube configurations.
