The Malema M-200 Series is a high-flow adjustable flow switch designed for accurate monitoring of increasing and decreasing gas or liquid flow rates in industrial and OEM applications. The switch operates using a free-floating magnetic piston and hermetically sealed reed switch mechanism, providing reliable flow detection with low hysteresis and minimal pressure drop. An externally adjustable set point allows virtually infinite flow adjustment across a broad operating range, making the series suitable for both process control and alarm applications.

Constructed primarily from 316 stainless steel, the M-200 Series offers excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical durability, and dependable long-term performance in demanding service conditions. Available configurations include 3/8", 1/2", and 3/4" FNPT process connections with SPST and SPDT electrical switching options. Typical performance includes repeatability up to ±2%, set point accuracy within ±10%, and low pressure drop even at higher flow rates.
