The Malema M-60 Series is a fixed set point inline flow switch designed for reliable monitoring of increasing and decreasing gas or liquid flow in industrial, biomedical, semiconductor, and OEM applications. The switch operates using a free-floating magnetic piston and hermetically sealed reed switch mechanism, providing dependable flow detection with low hysteresis and minimal pressure drop. Because the switching point is factory preset, the device delivers stable and repeatable long-term performance without field adjustment requirements.

The M-60 Series is available with 1/4" FNPT connections and in multiple construction materials including 316 stainless steel, anodized aluminum, brass, acrylic, PVC, polypropylene, and PTFE for compatibility with corrosive and non-corrosive media. SPST and SPDT electrical configurations are available for flexible alarm and control integration. Typical performance includes set point accuracy within ±10%, repeatability up to ±5%, and flow ranges approximately from 750–1600 CCM for water and 25–55 SLPM for air depending on configuration.
