The Malema M-64 Series is a fixed set point inline flow switch designed for monitoring increasing and decreasing gas or liquid flow in larger industrial and OEM applications. The switch operates using a magnetic piston and hermetically sealed reed switch mechanism, providing reliable flow detection with low hysteresis and minimal pressure drop. Because the switching point is factory preset, the device delivers stable and repeatable long-term performance without requiring field adjustment.

The M-64 Series is available with 3/8" and 1/2" FNPT process connections and in multiple body materials including 316 stainless steel, brass, PVC, and PTFE for compatibility with corrosive and non-corrosive media. SPST and SPDT electrical configurations are available for flexible alarm and control integration. Typical flow ranges extend from approximately 0.1 to 7.0 GPM for water and 1 to 70 SCFM for air, with repeatability up to ±2% and set point accuracy within ±10%.
