Excess flow shutoff valve flanged
With an all-PFA molded body, the M-VF-F Series Pressure Relief Valve is suitable for installation on pressurized systems involving semiconductors, ultra-pure water and strong chemicals. Featuring 1/4" male flare-size ports, these high-purity pressure relief valves come with a bubble-tight seal and are factory-set for relief pressure.
• Factory-set, all-mechanical pressure relief valve with high reliability
• Low pressure drop with right-angle flow design
• Bubble-tight shutoff with flare-type connection
• Set point accuracy ±5% with ±2.5% repeatability; hysteresis approx. 30%
• Designed for semiconductor equipment relief valve applications, with cracking pressures from 30 to 90 psi (2.1–6.2 bar)
