The GO Regulator PR-1 Series is a compact precision pressure reducing regulator designed for accurate downstream pressure control in low-flow gas and liquid instrumentation systems. The regulator provides stable outlet pressure regulation with excellent sensitivity, fast response, and reliable repeatability under varying inlet pressures and operating conditions. Its compact diaphragm-operated design delivers smooth throttling performance and dependable shutoff characteristics while minimizing internal volume and installation space requirements.
The PR-1 Series is engineered for analytical, laboratory, and OEM applications where precise low-flow pressure control and compact construction are critical. The regulator is suitable for both gas and liquid service and is capable of maintaining highly stable outlet pressure in sensitive instrumentation systems. Standard construction materials include 316 stainless steel, brass, Monel, Hastelloy, and other corrosion-resistant alloys for compatibility with corrosive, toxic, oxidizing, and high-purity media. Multiple seat and elastomer material options are available to optimize chemical compatibility and leakage performance.
Available configurations include multiple outlet pressure ranges, Cv flow capacities, threaded process connections, pressure gauge ports, panel mounting arrangements, and specialty clean-service options for analytical and semiconductor applications. Typical applications include gas analyzers, chromatography systems, calibration equipment, laboratory instrumentation, semiconductor support systems, sample conditioning systems, gas distribution panels, pilot plants, and precision industrial process systems requiring stable low-flow pressure reduction.
