The GO Regulator HR Series is a high-pressure pressure reducing regulator designed for accurate downstream pressure control in demanding gas and liquid applications involving elevated inlet pressures and critical process stability requirements. The regulator provides stable outlet pressure regulation with excellent sensitivity, fast response, and reliable repeatability under varying supply pressures and flow conditions. Its robust diaphragm-operated design supports dependable long-term operation in industrial, analytical, laboratory, and specialty gas systems.
The HR Series is engineered for high-pressure service where corrosion resistance, pressure stability, and safe operation are critical. Standard construction materials include 316 stainless steel, Monel, Hastelloy, brass, and other specialty alloys for compatibility with corrosive, toxic, oxidizing, high-purity, and reactive media. Multiple seat and elastomer material options are available to optimize chemical compatibility, shutoff performance, and durability in demanding service conditions.
Available configurations include single-stage and dual-stage designs, multiple outlet pressure ranges, pressure gauge ports, relief valve options, panel mounting arrangements, and threaded process connections for flexible system integration. Specialty clean-service and electro-polished versions are available for semiconductor and ultra-high-purity gas applications.
Typical applications include gas distribution systems, hydrogen systems, specialty gas handling, analytical instrumentation, semiconductor support equipment, calibration gas systems, sample conditioning systems, laboratory gas supply, pilot plants, and industrial process installations requiring reliable high-pressure pressure reduction and stable downstream control.
