The GO Regulator CYL-20 Series is a dual-stage heavy-duty high-pressure cylinder regulator designed for precise pressure reduction from compressed gas cylinders in demanding industrial, laboratory, and specialty gas applications. The regulator provides stable outlet pressure control with excellent sensitivity, repeatability, and dependable shutoff performance while handling high inlet pressures from compressed gas cylinders and tube trailers.
The CYL-20 Series utilizes a robust diaphragm-operated pressure reducing design engineered for higher flow capacity and improved pressure stability compared to compact cylinder regulators. Its heavy-duty construction supports continuous-duty operation in harsh industrial environments while maintaining accurate pressure regulation as cylinder pressure decreases during use. Standard construction materials include 316 stainless steel and brass, with optional Monel and Hastelloy configurations available for corrosive, toxic, and high-purity gas service. Multiple elastomer and seat material options are available for optimized chemical compatibility and leakage performance.
Available configurations include various CGA cylinder connections, multiple outlet pressure ranges, pressure gauge ports, relief valve options, panel mounting arrangements, and high-flow Cv configurations for demanding gas delivery systems. Typical applications include gas distribution panels, calibration gas systems, analytical instrumentation, semiconductor support equipment, laser gas systems, specialty gas handling, laboratory gas supply, sample conditioning systems, and industrial process systems requiring stable high-flow cylinder pressure regulation.

• PTFE-lined INCONEL® diaphragm with bubble-tight shutoff

• 2" diameter 316 stainless steel pressure gauges for accurate indication
• Excellent pressure stability: outlet pressure change of only 0.01 psig per 100 psig inlet decay
