M-200-F Series flow switches from Malema are engineered and field tested for sensing increasing and decreasing flow rates of gases or liquids. This series features all-PFA and -PTFE wetted surfaces required for process fluids used in high-purity manufacturing, such as semiconductor wafer processing, and processes using aggressive chemistries.This adjustable flow switch with right-angle flow, comes in 3/8”, 1/2”, and 3/4” port sizes and has a flow range of up to 38,000ccm for water and 2,800 SLPM for air. This extremely accurate adjustable flow switch provides repeatability of 5% and has options for SPST and SPDT configurations.
